Initially we moved to ‘Ingenia Rental’ on a temporary stay. Eventually, we lived here for 3 years.Below are a few reasons which made us fall in love with this place:• Prompt support• Affordable stay• Friendly staff• Good facilities (Eg: Community centre, Swimming pool, common laundry, barbeque area etc.,)• Regular community activities (Neighbours day, Valentine’s day, July Christmas etc.,)• Friendly and helpful neighboursOur son was born when we lived in this facility. The staff and neighbours were accommodative on all our requirements. Hence, this community has a special place in our hearts.We cherish the friendly greeting of other occupants during our evening walks down the park. We miss this place.We recommend this place for anyone looking for friendly, affordable, reliable and quality stay.If we have to live around 'Eight Mile Plains' again in future, our first choice would be ‘Ingenia Rental’.Cheers,Dinakar.

I am renting and have found more time which is approximately 13 months and I am finding everything fine,have just had awning put up to keep the sun off the front of my one-bedroom bungalow,I am happy qith my overall experience 🙂

It is a very clean & tidy. The gardens are getting bigger & over time you can see the privacy they will provide.
The park is very close to the shopping centre and markets which we found very good. Very friendly staff and helpful when asked about different places and things to do. Would not hesitate to stay again if required.
