My partner and I rented at Ingenia Rental Eight Mile Plains for a year, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. As a first-time renter, I was initially unsure about the rental process, but the team made everything easy to understand and were always willing to help. They really took us under their wing, offering guidance and support whenever we needed it, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout our tenancy. The property was well maintained, communication was always professional and friendly, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. We always felt respected and valued as tenants. The park is very close to the shopping centre and markets which we found very good. Very friendly staff and helpful when asked about different places and things to do. Would not hesitate to stay again if required.
